Meet at the DC ORGANIC FARM, 100
LYME ROAD, Hanover, NH

DONNA ROBERTS MOODY,
Abenaki, and JOHN MOODY,
ethnohistorian will lead a walk out
to the BROWN ASH STAND at the
DARTMOUTH COLLEGE FARM and discuss
the history and traditions of the
Abenaki and other Native peoples
about the ash tree and its many
traditional uses including baskets,
snowshoes, and other crafts.

THIS WALK IS ABOUT 1 MILE IN
LENGTH & INVOLVES SOME OPEN WOODS &
TRAIL WALKING. Rain (if not
torrential) or shine.
