On Wed., April 30, four national
journalists will participate in a
free panel discussion titled "Our
Digital Lives: Successes and
Failures in the Digital Age."

|
|
Panelists are: Kerry Lauerman, New
York editorial director for
Salon.com; Frank Rose, a
contributing editor at Wired
magazine; Neda Ulaby, arts and
culture reporter for National
Public Radio; and Jeffrey Young, a
senior writer at the Chronicle of
Higher Education. During the panel
discussion, the reporters will
offer their perspectives on the
digital impact on our culture and
how it is influencing journalism
and the media.

The discussion will be held at 4:30
p.m. in Silsby 028, and it will be
moderated by Kate Conley, the
associate dean for the arts and
humanities and a professor of
French and Italian. |
