Supplementary Materials

What is your policy on the submission of supplementary materials, and may I submit an artistic portfolio or a tape/CD of my musical performance?
Applicants with outstanding talents in the performing and visual arts who plan to continue their study and/or performance in one of the College’s curricular or co-curricular programs, may choose to send examples of their work along with their application. Slides of original artwork, tapes or CDs of solo musical performances, or other evidence of specific accomplishment should be sent to the Admissions Office. Label your materials with your name and address, and include the Common Application Optional Arts Supplement, available online at www.commonapp.org. We encourage students to submit supplementary materials early in the application process, so those materials can be evaluated by the appropriate department. Materials will not be returned unless a self-addressed, stamped envelope is provided.
