Academic Performance

Does the Admissions Office consider academic performance through the senior year of high school? Does taking a lighter course load in the senior year affect chances for admission?
Students selected for admission must continue to maintain an equal or superior level of academic accomplishment throughout the senior year. In reviewing the year-end record of admitted applicants, the Admissions Office will reconsider all factors that were considered when making the initial decision. The College reserves the right to rescind offers of admission when the final record is significantly weaker than the record on which admission was offered, or for misrepresentation or misconduct.
