If either parent is self-employed or owns a business or farm, he/she should submit a Business/Farm Supplement based on the business/farm type. Documents are required for each business/farm owned and should be sent to the Financial Aid Office by April 1, 2009.
Financial Aid awards are normally based on prior year income as well as current assets. The Financial Aid Office recognizes that a family's financial circumstances can change. Please use the request for financial aid review form to notify us of changes in income, number of family members in college, high medical and/or dental expenses not itemized on Schedule A or any other changes to your financial situation.
