International Applicants
2009-2010
If you are a permanent resident or otherwise eligible for U.S. federal financial aid funds, follow the instructions for U.S. citizens. All other non-U.S. citizens should follow the instructions below.
If you and your family are citizens of another country (excluding Canada and Mexico) and not eligible for U.S. federal financial aid funds, but you and your parents live and work in the U.S., you should also follow the instructions and submit the forms listed for U.S. citizens, with one exception: you do not need to file the FAFSA with the U.S. Department of Education.
If you and your family are citizens of another country and do not live in the U.S., you should submit the following to the Financial Aid Office:
- 2009-2010 International Student Financial Aid Application
- Signed income and benefits statements from parents' employers. These statements should include the total amount earned in 2008, taxes paid (if known) and benefit allowances. Statements from employers must be in English or a translated copy must be attached.
- If your family lives and works in the U.S., in addition to completing the international application, please follow the instructions for U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents with the exception of filing the FAFSA.
- If your parents are divorced or separated, each parent must complete the financial aid application on your behalf.
- The early decision deadline for the International Financial Aid Application is November 1, 2008.
- The deadline for regular decision is February 1, 2009.
