Canadian Applicants

2010-2011

New this year!  Canadian applicants should complete the 2010-2011 CSS Profile Application at:  http://profileonline.collegeboard.com.  The form should be completed in U.S. Dollars. Please provide the conversion rate used in the additional information section.  Dartmouth's school code is 3351Submit it electronically by November 1 for early decision or February 1 for regular decision.  If your parents are divorced or separated, use only the information for the parent and stepparent with whom you live.  Estimate income and taxes, if necessary, to meet deadlines (do not complete with 2008 income information).

Please note:  The College Board will automatically award fee waivers based on financial information (income and assets) provided on the registration form.  If the student is eligible based on the initial registration criteria, he/she will be permitted to skip the registration payment step.  At the point the application is submitted, the student will be notified if the fee has been waived.

  • If your parents are divorced or separated, your noncustodial parent must complete the Noncustodial Parent's Profile Application.  You will be provided instructions from the College Board to share with your noncustodial parent.
  • Deadlines:
    • Early Decision: November 1, 2009
    • Regular Decision: February 1, 2010
  • In February, you will receive notification from the College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC) to submit signed copies of all pages of the student's and parents' 2009 Canadian tax returns, including corporation or partnership returns, if applicable.  Please include all appropriate information in one packet.
