Questions & Answers
What's a good time of year to visit?
If you're able to come to Hanover, we recommend visiting Dartmouth in the summer preceding your senior year or the fall of your senior year. As part of our unique Dartmouth Plan, sophomores are on campus for a regular academic term over the summer so you will have a chance to see plenty of students and faculty around.
Do you offer on-campus interviews?
If I cannot visit Dartmouth in person, will that impact my admission decision?
Not at all. We do not include demonstrated interest or contact with our office in our admissions review.
Can I be hosted overnight in a dorm?
You are welcome to arrange a stay with a friend or someone you know at Dartmouth. The Admissions Office does not host prospective applicants; though we will host regular decision admitted students in April.
