Undergraduate Judicial Affairs Office

Welcome to the Office of Undergraduate Judicial Affairs

The Office of Undergraduate Judicial Affairs (UJAO) oversees the College's disciplinary systems for individual undergraduate students and undergraduate student organizations. The office also promotes the broad integration and understanding of the College's Standards of Conduct, Dartmouth's Principles of Community and the Academic Honor Principle into the everyday life of the community.

Working in collaboration with the Dean of the College Office, the Undergraduate Judicial Affairs Office strives to facilitate the review of incidents of alleged misconduct in a fair, student centered, and timely fashion while upholding the College's core values of personal and academic integrity, trust, and respect.

Our website provides information on the College's rules (Standards of Conduct), how to report plagiarism (Academic Honor Principle) or other misconduct, information about the Academic Action system at Dartmouth, Students' Rights and Responsibilities, Parent Resources, and a wealth of links to related Dartmouth and national resources.
