• Basic Si pararameters.
  
• SPICE Parameters for basic models used in class
• Orcad PSpice library files for the IC devices listed individually below.  You need both IC1.lib and IC1.olb.
• More information on the parameters in theses models
  
• Bipolar
• MOS parameters. These are BSIM 3v3 parameters for the AMI 1.2 micron MOSIS process. For other parameters of this process, see this link. These are parameters extracted from one run. 
• Level 1 MOS models. These are not very accurate, but they work well and are fine to use for homework.
• More on other processes:
• MOSIS processes.  Some of these have SPICE parameter available for particular runs, although the standardized parameters are not available.
• The Berkeley Predictive Technology Model (BPTM) generates approximate SPICE model parameters for any process, exisitng or future.
