Collis Cafe
Collis Cafe, on the first floor of the Center, cooks up creative and wholesome meals and snacks. Join friends on the patio for a quick bite or a leisurely lunch, or sit inside in the comfortable surroundings of the Center. The Cafe provides a fresh salad bar, many vegan and vegetarian options, made to order sandwiches, homemade soups, omelet's, stir fry, smoothies, entrees and delectable baked goods. You'll also find beverages, nonfat yogurts, and fresh fruits. Cash and student's declining balance accounts are accepted.
Hours are 7:30am-8pm Monday - Friday
Late Night @ Collis Cafe Open Sunday through Wednesday 9:30pm-1am (during Fall, Winter, and Spring terms) and Sun through Tues 8pm-1am (Summer term)
Grab 'N Go items from the cooler. Sandwiches, Wraps, Collis Cafe baked goods, Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate, espresso, cappuccino, all beef Kayem hot dogs, Jarritos Mexican soda's, IBC soda's, NY style hot pretzels, fruit smoothies, chili or beef stew and a soup of the day.
 Lone Pine Tavern
Open 8pm to 1am, Thurs though Saturday (Fall, Winter and Spring terms) and 8pm to 1am Wed through Saturday (Summer term).
At the Lone Pine Tavern, located on the lower level of the Center, you can choose from a snack menu and drink your favorite beverage while enjoying student entertainment in a relaxing atmosphere. Come listen to jazz or acoustic guitar, visit with friends and enjoy the collection of Dartmouth memorabilia. A wide selection of after dinner coffee beverages as well as custom blended Italian sodas accompany desserts. If you're over 21, you can choose from the wine list or try a beer you've never had before. Lone Pine accepts cash and the student Declining Balance Account.
