DARTMOUTH MEDICAL SCHOOL
DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOLOGY

Program in Molecular, Cellular and Systems Physiology

RENAL PHYSIOLOGY RESEARCH:

The primary focus of renal physiologists at Dartmouth is to clarify the molecular mechanisms of sodium absorption by the renal collecting tubule and the regulation of this process by the hormone, aldosterone.

Faculty working in the Renal Physiology area:

Fejes-Toth, G.(also cell signaling, epithelial biology and molecular endocrinology)

Fejes-Toth, A. (also cell signaling, epithelial biology and molecular endocrinology)

Stanton (also cell signaling, epithelial biology and respiratory physiology)
