The News Center is Dartmouth College Library's multimedia service point for news. The center is located on the first floor of the Baker-Berry Library - between the Current Periodicals Room and the Baker Stacks.
Watch the latest headlines on one of two 45" wall mounted plasma screen televisions that run different news channels all day, every day. Headphones are available at the News Center Desk upon request.
The Current Events Collection is comprised of over 100 newspapers and periodicals from all over the world. In addition to the print collection, the News Center subscribes to over 500 online newspapers - each presented in their original layout, format and pagination.
The News Center’s adaptive technology equipment assists visually impaired users to more easily access the printed and digital materials acquired by the library.
