The NovArt exhibition space is located in the Novack Café, Baker-Berry Library’s 24 hour study area. The café is a popular area for relaxing as well as studying. After the Novack Café opened in 2000, students began to ask the library for something with which to decorate the open wall space in this area.

Inspired by the successful “Area” exhibition space in the Hopkins Center, run by Studio Art students, NovArt was developed and exhibits art work by Dartmouth students from across the campus community.
