The Club of Dartmouth Entrepreneurs (CODE) was established to promote three objectives: promoting knowledge of entrepreneurship on campus, directing students to the proper resources if they have an idea to develop, and helping students gain experience in entrepreneurial fields through opportunities such as internships or VC Shadowing programs.

Fouad S. ElNaggar (D'98) and Robert Stirling (D'98), founders of Marketing Technology Solutions, a New York-based marketing and promotion company;

Jason Warren (Th'01) and Shyam Yadati (Th'01) from Mobius Audio, a portable MP3 player based start-up;

Edward Childs and James Perkins from Accentus, an audio information based start-up;

Jessica Duda of Polaris Ventures, a leading Venture Capital firm;

Donna Soave (D'91), the youngest-ever Director at Cisco Systems;

Michael Horvath, the founder of Kana Communications and a member of the faculty at the Tuck School of Business;

David Satterthwaite, President and CEO of Prisma Microfinance, a leading micro-credit provider to the poor and needy in Nicaragua and the Honduras.
