Attendees: Kay Campbell, Linda Cook, Guy Denachaud, Tom Essex, John Freitag, Phyl Harmon and Gwenda Smith

Facilitator: Cindy Cook, Adamant Accord, Inc.

The committee discussed ways to improve communication between the Elizabeth Mine Community Advisory Group and the Copperas Hill Coalition (CHC), and the Technical Assistance Grant (TAG) advisors that are under the direction of the CHC.

Those present agreed that they would like to hold TAC meetings on a regular basis. The TAC will communicate the EMCAG’s comments regarding TAG advisors’ reports to EPA and the VT Agency of Natural Resources (ANR).

The committee asked Cindy to:

¨ Schedule a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting for July 21, 2004.

¨ Ask Fred Moody if the TAG advisors might attend the July 21 TAC meeting.

¨ Invite EMCAG members to participate in TAC work.

¨ Circulate EPA’s latest responses to the TAG advisors’ comments.

¨ Find out when the next Copperas Hill Coalition meeting will be held, and circulate this information to the EMCAG.
