The Reference Collection consists of encyclopedias, handbooks, almanacs, phone books, bibliographies, CD-ROMs and other reference works in the social sciences and humanites. Please note: Reference materials are non-circulating. |
| Location: | Berry Level 1 The Reference Collection is located at the top of the Grand Staircase in Baker/Berry Library. Baker/Berry Library is centrally located on the Dartmouth Campus. Links: Map of the Libraries | Reference Collection Floor Plan. |
| Access: | North Entrance - Go up the Grand Staircase to the Reference Area. South Entrance - Follow the "Main Street" that leads to the North side of campus. Look for the Reference Area to your right after you pass the red brick wall. |
| Hours: | The collection is available the same hours as the general collections. Please note that hours for reference service differs from those of the collection. Please consult the library hours for complete details, including dates of the current session and exceptions.
